No City Water Consumption

The facility will not use Montezuma city water for ongoing operations. The system operates using a closed-loop cooling design, meaning the cooling liquid continuously recirculates inside sealed piping.

Quiet Operation

The facility is designed to operate at approximately 65 decibels (dB) at the site boundary. The facility uses engineered sound mitigation, directional airflow design, and modern cooling systems to minimize operational noise.

Closed-loop cooling means the fluid recirculates inside sealed piping — it never touches municipal supply. Heat is rejected to the air via dry coolers. Watch the system run.
